Lightyear Awarded Top Compensation and Benefits Company

We’re beyond excited to share that Lightyear has been recognized by leading workplace culture site Comparably as one of the top small / mid-sized companies in the U.S. for Best Company Perks & Benefits and Best Company Compensation. These awards are based entirely on sentiment feedback submitted by our employees via Comparably within the past year.

Lightyear is proud to be part of the Best Places to Work Awards, especially as we focus on growing our team. In 2022, Lightyear added 27 new employees to the team, a 66% increase from 2021.
